Pros
Flexible work schedules, direct manager and team members are a joy to work with.
Cons
The company has lost what made it special, and my own org in particular is about to implode. Leaders are tone-deaf and inconsistent, the re-org has been a disorganized mess, and the entire department’s morale has never been lower. Downgrading titles without understanding the work people do and their tenure is not a way to retain good talent. I know several coworkers who are actively looking to leave. The overall company culture has moved from coworker-centric to only caring about quarterly profits so the CSuite can get their fat bonuses while everyone else struggles with COL increases higher than annual salary increases.
