I was hit me n the head by another co-worker on site and not only did they deny my claim they refused to give me the report and this co-worker still works at CDW. I won’t be back in office.

Cons

You will be treated as a number, anyone above the SDM role will never care to meet you unless your one of the highest earning consultants (a number) It's all carrot on a stick and it will burn you out
