Pros

Monthly salary Shift allowance Insurance Buy extra holidays 1 volunteer day a year Companies pension Discount schemes (no cosco) Companies stocks availabe to BUY after 2 year service 28 holiday per year Medical support - dental, hospital

Cons

No career growth Toxic environment Too big security requirements Safety shoes - not for the purpose, but provided from company (they dont care if your legs are swollen after 8h on feet whole day) 30min paid lunch from the moment you go out of WH. No fresh air inside building (except office side) Extremelly hot in summer / cold in winter No bonues (merits at the financial year, which usually is between 0-2.5%) If you are not a favorite for management - you wont grow. Talent is pushed aside until person leaves. High people turnover Site more reflecting on "innovation" rather than people who build it. Wellbeaing support - as long as you have proper "no company" therapist. High Stress levels, low reward system
