constant training, safety classes, scholarship for school if an outsanding worker.

Cons

It does not let me submit without a feedback. So, coworkers are the cons. Some of them have a very negative attitude. Managers need to see and prove things themselves and use common sense and ask the employee directly of any specific matter.

Hands on learning helped me catch on fast. my job was local so i never had to go far.

Cons

they were union and the pay wasn't the greatest and they didn't offer health care.
