Little control over your career trajectory once you made it in the door.

Pros

The management was wonderful to work with and they were very helpful in assisting the staff. It was a great place to work and very family oriented. Bonuses and pension were nice too.

Cons

The base salary was low for the industry. Raises were not in tune with today's cost of living. Too much over and above that you were not paid for but was expected from management.

Pros

The culture is very inclusive. The management team encourages growth. Open door policy throughout the company. Very involved in the community. Definitely in a growth phase!

Cons

The company is in a growth phase, so expect to put in work. If you are the kind of person who likes to do the bare minimum, this is not the place for you.
