      Pros

      Baseline pay was competitive but benefits were lacking.

      Cons

      Poor Management Health benefits nothing to write home about Retirement benefits also slim... 0.5 percent match in 401k. Industry is doing 3% to 7% these days. Sales sales sales, it's all about the bottom line. Company apparently likes to review past tax filings and w2 forms to justify pay. Ask for documents prior to extending offer.

      Pros

      Good training, work/life balance, and you can make a lot of money. Never been a time when I haven't had something to work on, the days fly by. Philly office is moving into a new larger space by the end of the year due to growth.

      Cons

      The 401k match isn't very good.

      Not a bad place to start out in the staffing industry

      Pros

      Smaller staff means getting your hands on more lucrative opportunities. Work with some big name clients. Laid back atmosphere. Potential to make some solid commissions. Metrics aren't as bad as the industry standard. Overtime isn't mandatory, unlike our competing firms.

      Cons

      Turnover is alarmingly high. CEO micromanages and expects unrealistic metrics from new and junior recruiters. Ramp up time can be unforgiving. One bad month could mean you're out of there. It's mostly recruiting for Comcast and they can be very unresponsive or unreasonable with their requirements.
