      Great flexibility, lots of clients with long term stability

      Cons

      Poor communication, lag time. No paid time off for holidays, benefits are not great

      Pros

      People do care about each other, and if you ask the question it will get a response within a reasonable amount of time. If you are unable to get an answer from one individual there are usually 5 more that you can communicate with. Environment is challenging and keeps you on your toes. Upper Management communicates and makes reasonable attempts to try to rectify hurdles/challenges we are facing. Managers are very open to being flexible with work hours, especially if you have significant family events.
