Flexible timing Friendly directors Good team spirit in most of the teams

No proper policies in place, except few policies, all other policies are not written Couple of managers are fussy (sar) If you are person who wants to come early to office and leave early, then this is not the right company for you

Great culture, the people are top notch, and the work stays fairly fresh in the consulting world.

Cons

Some of the benefits were a little on the lean side. But, not so much i would consider it a problem.
