They do try to bring the company together for Pirates games, picnics, etc

Cons

Blatant sexism. Ever wonder why 75% of the company is male? Women are underpaid and not treated with respect. I've seen it firsthand when male developers were interviewing a female developer. Also terrible benefits. Health insurance for a family is extremely expensive and the 401(k) "match" is a joke. 1/4 of 1%
