There are a few good people on the developer side that notice the struggles on the other side of the house and they understand.

Leadership Pittsburgh HQ office Raja D as strict CEO Negative employee turnover in recruiting team (-20 headcount) No transparency. A lot of lies from leadership The recruiting team shares licenses for LIR and MAJOR RECRUITING TECH EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE AND USE. EIDFDFA doesn't mean a thing anymore.

After take over by new company and management, cut manpower and those stay need to work extra mile, plus many new requests come in to make the job become more challenges, almost working everyday and till very late.
