      Pros

      All growth you can get; challenging projects, master degrees, interesting colleagues and international experience!

      Cons

      You need to be willing to relocate. Also, some of your bosses could be not very fair or stimulating. Burocratic!

      Pros

      Global leverage is there but due to downsizing people do not have enough time to network with those outside the country.

      Cons

      Autocratic and bureaucratic management practices are taking the toll on this company. They are not able to grow as other players in the market which has caused them to lose market share.

      Great company with lack of respect for staff

      Pros

      Expert, professional committed ground-level staff. Products you can be proud of. Probably still the best construction materials company around.

      Cons

      No life-work balance. Staff seen as dispensable commodities and expected to do the work of 2 or 3 people. Endemic, sometimes blatant sexism - embarrassing for any man to see who has any sense of decency. Climate of fear where people are frightened to say when anything is wrong in case they are victimised or blamed for it.
