      Great company to work for. They have a great pension scheme and there’s opportunities for progression.

      Cons

      Many staff, like myself, weren’t directly employed via CEMEX - they take them on via an agency.

      nice offices - good pay as they cannot retain staff

      Cons

      If you value your mental health - avoid , no training, no support, unclear directives, no clear policy’s and procedures. Nepotism is rife, one rule for one different for others. Unprofessional environment disappointing from market leader .
