Unpredictable schedule, work weekends, paid by the load, low starting pay

Plain and simple, the company takes advantage of its people. Their push for higher efficiencies and production take precedence over the health and happiness of their employees. A practical work-life balance is not achievable with this company and their current push of upper management from Mexico. The culture they have created is focus only on processes (improving production) and not the people who make that possible. Bonuses at the plant are based upon success of the plant's metrics, but if the company decides to be cheap in improvements, then achieving those metrics are impossible and bonuses for employees are laughable.
