Pros

Good money when the hours are good. Managers are easy to work with and stick up for the drivers.

Cons

Family life is non existent. You never know your start time until 6pm the day prior and you never know what time you will be off. Some days are 15 hours others are 2 hours. Hours fluctuate week to week. Some of the mechanics are lazy and can be rude at times others are great.
