The HR department is a joke. Corporate management doesn't care about customers and regularly screws them over in order to keep jobs open. Nobody takes any accountability for anything and will immediately throw employees under the bus when they haven't done anything wrong. They also don't pay very well even if you work there for years, raises are very difficult to get
