      My coworkers and the way, that we get along.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides are, the raises in wages that the company presents, after Ceva has had a phenomenal year in the numbers. Which Ceva is owned by Investors and numbers are their main concern. Which I do understand totally that's the soul reason of owning a business is to profit.
