Pros

Knowledge mid-level employees with long tenure.

Cons

The C level financial management team is unethical, uses profanity when speaking, and tries to coerce lower level managers to make unethical journal entries.

Pros

Strong Team Dynamics, supportive and collaborative team

Cons

While initially hired for a commercial attorney position, the day-to-day responsibilities closely align with contract management tasks. This shift in role focus may differ from what one might expect from a commercial attorney position, and it’s important for prospective candidates to be aware of the nature of the work. However, this can be a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in contract management and work on detailed, hands-on projects.

Pros

Training is available for anyone that can make the time to get online for an e-course if they are above front-line level (drivers, warehouse operators, etc. do not have access) There are benefits provided at a rate that seems to fall along industry standard.

Cons

Constant concerns over job security. People are let go without notice and without ties to performance concerns (blue print changes, cost saving measures were the last two cuts made in the previous 15 months). Poor structure leads to duplication of efforts and resources across products. Systems are BEYOND frustrating, they are embarrassing. New employees are never set up on time, when employees leave on an absence their accounts are deleted, systems don't talk to each other... It almost makes using the systems pointless, I think it's entirely possible we might be better off using excel spreadsheets for some of the functions our systems are there for since they are so dysfunctional. Global makes decisions that impact regions significantly without first discussing it with them. The fallout never seems to be acknowledged and regions are essentially just told to deal with whatever decisions happen without an option for a change in course.
