Good co workers and a good place to learn for a fresh grad.

Cons

Little to no guidance and roadmap from upper management. Managers do not have a clue on what you do and doesn't appreciate your work. Zero response for assistance and tons of reason to not proceed with work even if there is no impact on P&L.

Cons

Terrible management, execs are only thinking about there perks but never about their population. Hostile people, they don’t hesitate to put knife in your back to get what they want and then smile at you like nothing a happen. Exec team doesn’t bother to say good morning to the peasant apparently. We are only number and as soon as you are saying you disagree you are out. Diversity and inclusion doesn’t exist at all. Trying too much to be like the CMA model, CMA which is know to be the hell tower.
