      Arrogant leadership that only talk not listen

      Still a core of day to day good hard working staff

      Cons

      The company is going backwards, constant cost cutting, revenue has been declining for years. Senior management constantly changing like a revolving door. No appreciation of hard working staff, little spent on training, staff retention poor. Company has been shrinking for years and debts mounting, always struggling with cash..lost so many good people who became disillusioned.

      Company currently going through leadership transitions that has the company volatile at the moment with the lack of communication on the direction of the company and placement of employees. Many employees are leaving due to the lack of confidence and direction.

      Dealing with complex issues, helping customers working in fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Negativity, Managers favoring the women with the 'assets' and not fairly assessing individuals. Dirty Laundry all abound.
