      Pros

      - Big name backed by a big Group in the industry - Salary/Package attraction - people, there is always someone nice to work with

      Cons

      - company/corporate culture - Management, direction and support - Communication and transparency at all levels, # - minimum is the standard - work / life balance, 1st year spend long hours to try to understand my role, 2nd ok, then redundant - some projects are a waste of energy/skills/ resources, too lenghtly - HR are no help. They just follow a "script".
