After few weeks of being at company there was barely training in my dept. It took way too long to even get time clock log in. Still didn't have access to platforms to work. The one training I was given online didnt work. There was barely any direction. Was terminated with no letter of termination and no good reason .

Mismanaged and disorganized. Lack of follow through by management when they are aware of issues. Horrible medical benefits. An overwhelming amount of endless emails Almost zero consistency with processes in different cities. Customers may require so much special attention but these requirements don't carry over to the other locations that are handling cargo for your customers. This major issue can result in massive financial losses. Outdated and Mismanaged computer programs created a lot of headaches and the revolving door of employees made it hard to train and retain smart people that can handle tremendous amounts of knowledge needed to do the job.
