Teamwork – Colleagues are generally supportive, people are willing to help each other. Job Stability – Steady work environment, warehouse operations are ongoing. Variety of Tasks – Exposure to different roles and responsibilities, which helps gain diverse experience. Physical Activity – Constant movement, not a desk-bound job; good if you prefer to stay active. Training / On-the-Job Learning – New starters get some guidance; you learn quickly by doing.

Physically Demanding – Long hours standing, lifting, and handling heavy loads can be exhausting. Pay / Rewards – Hourly rate could be better, and overtime compensation may not always feel fair.
