Self-righteous egocentric arrogant leadership, especially regional-to-local team mangers. Will give no room for error with almost to nothing training and support. Expect to hear promises about full support and training up to CEVA standards at the beginning and then receive non stop critics and cuff on the nape right away. No team work spirit here period, every one is on their own. Fake smiles and constant giggles of who owns who in times of trouble, whey do like to see you burning. Overall would suggest to pass by unless hostile stressful undermining working environment is your thing
