The Worst. Stay Away.

Stop gap solution for paying bills.

Cons

Horrible culture the exploits people. Management was a revolving door. People are let go ruthlessly from the top. Manipulative nature of the company. Revenue's are in free fall. Bad to their customers. Extremely short term thinking of Execs. Zero investment on people training. Churn and burn model. Stupid stupid decision makers.

Newly hired leadership. I worked for them at their previous jobs. They didn't know what they were doing there either and ran the place into the ground over the course of a couple years. Their biggest skills are being able to hide their ignorance and blame subordinates for their failures and poor management abilities. All I can say is good luck. Hopefully the senior management at Ceva is much better at figuring this out than their previous employers.
