Pros
Pay scale is market. Health benefits are comparable with the rest of the industry.
Cons
Management is chaotic. A majority of the North American technical brain trust and key IT Managers walked out in 2021 & 2022. New leaders and staff, find themselves frustrated by the same issues of lack of understanding between U.S. and Europe or "1-2-3, Not it!" mentality that chased previous personnel out the door. 3PL Customers are frustrated and recruitment for new U.S. business is too lean to keep the doors open. CEVA Logistics had a mass layoff in September 2023.
