Cons
1. The company is very cheap, don't provide any paper plates, utensils, napkins.... It has very limited office supplies (first come first serve, you have to fight for it). Laptops are used until they die (we are still using laptops from 2010 and they are superrrr slow). That said, don't expect much bonus. 2. The company has huge debt and very unstable. Turn over rate is very high. 3. The facility is farrrrr worse. 4. Poor culture, dont value employees. 5. Constantly lay off (most talents have left this company) .... Bottom line is: Ceva is ok to work for temporarily if you are unemployed and looking for something to pay the bills while still applying for better job. But if you are looking to advance your career, you wont find your future here .....
