Growth opportunities for those that work hard.

Cons

Company currently going through leadership transitions that has the company volatile at the moment with the lack of communication on the direction of the company and placement of employees. Many employees are leaving due to the lack of confidence and direction.

They tried to revamp the company, but the only part that was good was the 401K matching.

Cons

Salaries are below scale, employees are always fearful of being let go, high turn-over, too many managers, not enough chiefs, no communication between groups, or even in departments.

Good benefits package, liked the matching 401K

Cons

No organized training. Also, Worked in a department that was completely disorganized, making dealing with customers troublesome. Department was extremely top-heavy. I think there were about 10-12 salaried management for a 30 person department!
