An innovative management and operational team who consistently problem solve and improve processes by working with customers and staffing teams alike. This business values every member on site, providing opportunity and a healthy company culture. I’ve never worked with a more proactive and positive team!
Cons
Rapid growth and changes across the business, while positive, have allowed inconsistencies to occur. Terrible salary packages, well below UK average I’m afraid.
