      20 plus days of PTO

      Cons

      PTO is lost if not taken Bonus and Pay raises are non existant 3% cost of living does not even happen Have to quit the compny if you want a decent pay raise.

      you get benefits i guess... but they are not that good

      too many to name... low pay, ineffective management, lack of employee support. you get overworked with no incentive at all. basically they want you to be thankful for them giving you a "job".
