      Was a Good Company, no future and money for investment

      Pros

      Large Network for Freight Management Div., but without consol service. Air & Sea. Global Road Div. only beginning. New CEO with goods Idea but sure he will have time and money for secure his vision.

      Cons

      Lack of experienced poeple all departed or fired. Lack of training process and time for that. No long time vision of what Shareholder APOLLO want to do with this company, except to sell it for bring back his money.

      Pros

      Station manager was very approachable and willing to help in any way he could. Supervisor lead by example and didn't just delegate all his work to other employees. Good friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best and the increases are small. Sometimes management is too friendly and don't hold the employees accountable for there repeated mistakes. This in turn leads to a bigger workload for the others trying to clean up the mess time after time. Sometimes it can be hard to get off the days you would like due to limited staffing.
