      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to demonstrate your ability to step into a leadership vacuum with the lack of any funds and deliver game-changing results to pull the company away from the brink of bankruptcy.

      Cons

      As a private equity owned entity that is years beyond their planning horizon for IPO to recoup their funds, the company is trying the best they can to put the lipstick on the pig. This usually involves cost cuts (aka, layoffs) and cutting projects that should be done to move the business forward.

      No micromanaging, diversity with people able to move up in the company

      Cons

      Its all about the numbers and their mission and tend to forget about the people that make it all happen. UPPER UPPER Management are rude and simply think they are too good to associate themselves. Many hours mandatory

      if you know your job, it is a comfortable place to work. Ability to communicate with other departments as needed.

      Cons

      It's a "Man's Company". There may be two/three female upper management employees. Too many managers, not enough workers.
