      Nice company, financial challenges plenty

      Pros

      Great place to learn and flexibly in taking on wider roles. Training mostly happens on the job and you can learn during your personal time from e-learning. There are some exceptionally good people working in difficult circumstances to make things happen. Great place to figure out LEAN practices and how to make do with less.

      Cons

      Financial challenges, there seems to be a huge amount of interest that the organization need to pay regularly. Although it does seem the financial situation is turning around, regular retrenchments and resignations mean few experienced hands to get things done.

      Cons

      post crisis = 0 value and cost cutting important for the bost and is the hero. Outside looks like year 2000s , inside operation like 1970s

      Cons

      High turnover. Never ending reorganization. Too much offshore IT control. Lack of talent and industry knowledge at Senior Level.
