      Good company with some challenges

      Pros

      Employees at some locations have a great camaraderie. Most of the senior management staff are easy to talk to. There are different medical benefit packages offered based on a person's need.

      Cons

      A portion of the mid level management team are not skilled in developing people, communication and transparency. Some departments are siloed causing mis-communication downstream. The pay scale for some positions are not competitive when living in a more expensive city.

      Pros

      Some people are nice, random off days, decent pay if you’re not warehouse

      Cons

      Work environment, work load, they penalize you for getting overtime but you can’t leave until warehouse finishes which gives you overtime

      Cons

      Expect to be overworked an underpaid. Management expects you to do more and more job without balancing everyone's work load. Employees are often stressed.
