My direct superiors truly cared about developing their employees!
Cons
The HR department alone has more unprofessional individuals than I have have ever experienced elsewhere. There is constant collusion and conspiracy. They have absolutely no problem losing ethical, well-educated employees who execute their deliverables effectively and efficiently. It is truly an abomination of a company. Additionally, most employees company-wide are paid below are barely at market, which shows a total lack of respect and appreciation for their people. Furthermore, the average tenure for executives is 2-4 years, which should set off alarm bells.
