The people on the ground level are awesome.

Cons

All of there corporate distribution are incompetent of leadership. If you work here prepare to be threatened a lot with losing your job. Poor communication with senior leadership. Middle of road pay for industry.

Extremely poor understanding of the local plant needs, functionality, and environment by corporate decision makers leading to an exodus of great long-term employees who are tired of the micromanagement.
