They hire from within as often as possible. They hire candidates with potential for moving to other roles throughout the company and really work to help develop talent and guide you on your career path.

Cons

Work-life balance has been a struggle for the company. Expectations are high, as they should be, but a little more flexibility should be offered/mandated especially for new moms and dads.
