Pros
Decent pay, but they are slowly cutting our pay benefits.
Cons
There isn't a work/life balance. Only a demand to serve the company with no regard or respect for personal time/family. Supervision is arrogant and unprofessional, i.e. superintendent. The go to tactic is intimidation. Constant reminders of how many different ways we can loose our jobs is eating at moral. Human resources has only enforced this belief of how expendable we all are. Corporate management seems to be very confused and not sure how to run the company with the constant changes and inconsistencies.
