      Pros

      Lots of opportunity with current industry outlook and expansion. Currently adding additional plants. Good place to see classic chemical engineering.

      Cons

      Large engineering staff. Sometimes getting work done is slow. Site culture is very Louisiana. Commute from Baton Rouge is tough.
