Corporate culture has significantly deteriorated When the mission and vision to lead and impact the financial industry is measured by a success metric of sales revenue and product income. That says a lot about the current commercial mentality.

I had the opportunity to meet and make lifelong friends. The job is great if you'd like to further your people skills.

Cons

At the beginning the job was fun, however towards the end it went downhill. Management was terrible. I had been working since opening, and never had a raise, but when a new person was hired, they'd get a raise.
