Pros
The people at CFS where very kind, professional and cared about me as an employee. They wanted to make sure I was happy where they had placed me.
Cons
Being in a temp job, even if it is full time, still makes you feel like you are an outsider. This is not due to anything CFS controls it is just how it is if you are an outsider in a company. CFS did a great job checking on me and taking care of any of my concerns.
