Pros

A very god place to learn politics so that when you grow old you will well fit into the parliament of India. No work ethics. knocking others keeping the gun on others shoulders. You need to keep on buttering your seniors so that you get appreciated for your work inspite of the fact that you have never done anything. very very unprofessional organisation.

Cons

Management is very poor. this organisation is one which I have seen in my entire career that they never take care of their employees. They only take care of them who are the chamchas of them.

Very interesting feedback here. We take pride in building a company which attracts young and entrepreneurial talent. Employees can set their own pace of growth and get rewarded instead of standing on the same line. The testament to our employee satisfaction can be stemmed from the many recognitions Cyber Group has received. We have been consistently been on the best places to work which surveys our employees. Such surveys require over 90% employee participation. We continue to grow year over year and are the recipient of several growth awards including INC 5000. Leaders of Cyber Group take growing people very seriously. I am proud of the leadership team we have. We have a great customer satisfaction rating which primarily stems from happy employees. When I read this review in question, I ponder if this is a case of sour grapes.

very disappointing work culture & management's attitude

Pros

None...there's nothing that can be compared with good practices or even standard work culture here.

Cons

No Work life balance & highly micro-managed culture. Unduly stretched hours, because of unplanned ad-hoc projects. Non existent HR policies, and no project management practices. Projects planned based on guess work only. Ridiculous appraisal process, based on highly subjective perception of the top management. The office infrastructure is very basic, just sufficient to work, not conducive for high productivity. People who are with the company for long, don't have a helpful attitude, just interested in saving their place.

I understand this employee's concerns and will be forthcoming in my response. I have heard of this employee's concerns before, and we have made concerted effort in addressing them. We unfortunately did not have a strong leader in middle management in the division that this employee belonged to. We addressed this by trying to coach the manager, when no improvement was noticed we unfortunately let the manager go. However, I understand how this employee would feel slighted, but this way no reflects Cyber Group's culture and values. This person brought these issues to the executive team, and we listened and tried to solve it. This is an example of how the leadership is constantly listening to our employees on how we can improve as an organization. While I wish we could have done more for this person, hopefully he sees the changes being implemented and we earn the trust back.

Pros

Nothing for Indian employees only management people are enjoying the perks.

Cons

Here comes the never ending list 1. Lack of work- this company is surviving on just a couple of projects. Client threats are the reason that they put extra employees on project without billing and make them work for odd hours (13-14 hours a day) 2- Management is full of idiots (both Indian and US) 3- Indian management people start their working hours by discussion on food and ends on food. They only talk about what to eat in breakfast, lunch and dinner. None of the employees problems reach their ears. 4- US management is filled with people having no idea of what is happening with employees. Their only job is to secure their post and prepare list of employees who they are going to fire next month. They consider Indian employees as garbage that they only need to make some bucks. 5- president of the company Mr. S is a mentally sick person. He threatens the employees of company for robbing them from the job on demanding appraisal once a year. 6. On the name of cost cutting they are taking away every benefits that the company used to give. 7- first they were firing people in bulk but now people are leaving company in bulk. Even fresher's are leaving this company. 8-many managers are not supportive instead they play political games to save themselves.
