When they have to get rid of an employee they first put them into PIP and then make them leave. 6. Management is full of people who have closed ears.

Lot of favouritism Trainers keeps judging you at every point. Instead of guiding and correcting you, they note down your weaker points (so called) and make them a reason to fire you. Instead of assessing you on your real projects, you are assessed on your so called bootcamp response by trainers. you will get to hear "there's no scenority level thing here" and then they'll show their true colours :)
