      Pros

      There is no hierarchy in the organization since company support the right Talent and provide them platform to grow and learn to reach greater heights in the beginning or early stage of their career. a great environment for young Graduates who come out of their colleges with very big dreams for their career. i personally feel this organization is a best destination for young talent. My personal opinion is that you shall try and get involved in multiple technologies to become more acceptable in IT industry which you hardly get a chance in any other organization.

      Cons

      company does not support people with the intention to earn only Monthly paychecks.
