      Projects were really good along with huge opportunities to grow

      Pros

      Highly technical employees. Much better clients. Good work environment with facilities. Onsite opportunities for everyone no matter what their role is.

      Cons

      Managers believe they are god and they think they can fire anyone anytime or force them to resign by various means. Management was good initially but later things changed gradually.

Growing our 200+ person team is the most important thing we do and we take termination very seriously. Termination only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways & this is only occurs after engaging in our 90-day performance improvement plan with much consideration from management in the Noida & Dallas offices. Regarding your comment on termination, growing our 200+ person team is the most important thing we do. Termination is taken very seriously and only occurs in 2-3% of the cases where we part ways.
