Pros
1.Having no technical knowledge, not to worry cyber Group is there. 2. If you are really good lickspittle and you can ask nonsensical question in front of crowd, then Cyber group is perfect organisation for you. You will get visit onsite, in a Year you will consider senior developer and in 10 years gradually land up becoming director for sure and higher management will appreciate the lickspittle on forums like town hall meeting. Cons
1. People are getting fired in bulk without any appropriate reason. The List gets created by higher management sitting onsite who are having no idea regarding role of the respective employees. 2. there is a team organised by cyber group who are employee of the organisation and intentionally posting positive review, beware of all five-star review. 3. total project count is drastically decreasing since there is scarcity of good technical people and overloading of good speakers. 4.
