      Pros

      Onsite opportunity (Read Conditions):- 1- If you are favorite then you will go onsite. 2- if you are looking for change and you are a good employee then they will play chess and will offer you onsite opportunity for a week or two, because in return they will get 1.5 year bond from you. 3- if you can forget personal life and can work 14-15 hours everyday then you will go onsite for a week or two. Good Salary:- Cyber group is giving good salary.

      Cons

      Unprofessional Leaders/Managers : --Some Senior managers (India) and manager (from USA) [NOT ALL] feel that they are prime minister of the company and they can rule on juniors by showing their nonsense activities. Why? because they have manager tag. They always try to create difference with juniors colleague and not easily reachable but still if you will meet them they will try their best to prove you that you don't know anything and will start to show their fake talent on you, -- Management is already aware about these managers but they can not do anything due to favoritism or they are in the references of other senior members. --Company will fire you any day without giving any reason because failure of their decisions , Due to this behavior Cyber group is struggling for survival.

      It looks irrelevant and surprising that an employee having serious concerns with a company can still stay associated for such a long duration with the same organization. This really makes us think if the problem lies with the “organization” OR the “employee”. Thank you!

      A better place to learn and to implement

      Pros

      Its a great place to work. Awesome people & great opportunities for learning. A big thumbs up to work culture & flexibility in here as Management supports alot during different phase(s) of learning by providing enough guidance and supporting material. Colleagues are supportive too. The Work Hard Party Harder culture over here makes the employee more committed to work and gives a homely feeling. Highly recommended for people seeking opportunities and growth on the potential basis.

      Cons

      I have been here for more than 5 years as of now and have not seen any situation where I found myself lost. At every stage since I have been here got enough support to learn and grow. So, I personally don't see any Cons.

      Pros

      -Only the best minds in IT work here. You will work with peers who are agile to work on any technology, any platform or any domain -Performance is noticed and going up the hierarchy is related to that -Companies backbone is offshore which is located in Noida, India. They are supremely talented and are supportive round the clock for US clients -Package offered is as per market and very competitive -Good energy and security clients. Projects are always available to work on and if on bench you are always working on POC or productive internal projects -Lot of emphasis on maintaining good customer relationship, management session, lunch with client etc -Management is very supportive and the MD and president knows each resource strength and weakness

      Cons

      -Work life balance is difficult if working on multiple projects -Happy hours were very often earlier which is very few now -Management pushes employees to have frequent client lunch which is good but can add up as negative point if you are not frequent on this
