      -Good Environment and a good place to learn new things. (you can even get to work on multiple technologies). -Great onsite opportunity. (didn't get a chance but that's what i have seen till now.) -Parties and fun while working.

      1. Employee is given time to learn and apply his knowledge. 2. Salary package is good. 3. Exit formalities are smooth.

      Cons

      1. People having few years years of experience are put on as manager saying they deserve it but they only promote people who butter. 2. Incapable individuals who do not work only come to do politics are put on top. 3. Politics among employees is very high compared to any other organisation. 5. When they have to get rid of an employee they first put them into PIP and then make them leave. 6. Management is full of people who have closed ears.
