Work Life balance Not necessary to work 9 hours , it's depend on your work Work From Home :- you can take whenever you want but depend on team also You can work on lots of technologies if you want to learn some thing new then it's good place for you.

- Good work life balance - No strict 9 to 5 working hours - Team members motivates a lot (atleast in my team).

Cons

- No cab facility . - They provide cabs only to women , only after 9 PM . This questions their security concerns regarding women employees.
