      Pros

      Transparent leadership with high moral values and company is employee friendly, this is the company which has given support and guidance to grow and excel in career. Everyday seems to be a new day to me since the time I became the part of the Cyber Family. Very technical and competitive environment for any person to have work satisfaction and also management is good in terms of employees’ recognition and awards, every small step is rewarded and also multiple surprise bonus and awards comes on way.

      Not able to find even one since years :)

      Great Employee Benefits, Always plenty to do and learn, Great work environment, Exciting place to work because of the rapid company growth, Everyone pulls together as a team to get projects and jobs completed, and the company is culturally diversified.

      Cons

      I really can not think of any except the normal stress during deadlines but that is at every job I have ever had.

      1. The right kind of mentors to mold you 2. Amazing work environment 3. Extremely social and friendly co-workers 4. Constant support and encouragement by superiors to make you feel confident to perform better 5. This is where you should be if you want a perfect start for a career

      1. You might have to stay longer hours if the projects demand it which could happen occasionally
