      Management practices "servant leadership" (really! Exec team sacrifices readily& proactively to protect the health and stability of the company) Family-oriented work environment and flexible work-life balance if you need it (as long as you are flexible in meeting the clients' needs) Low turnover, mentoring and coaching across all teams, opportunities for growth (you get out of it what you put into it). Only people I've seen let go were those who didn't keep a positive attitude when problems occurred. All who were willing to work on behalf of growing the company were given a chance to re-train or work on internal projects, even if incoming work was a bit slow. Fantastic benefits, some of the best I've ever had in terms of medical costs and quality provider-partners. Just nice people who will go out of their way to help each other whenever it's needed!

Also, thank you for bringing our attention to overscheduling. As you mentioned, this does happen from time to time. The management team keeps a close eye on utilization week to week and strives to investigate and take action to prevent this from happening especially in consecutive weeks. This feedback is really helpful so thank you again for taking the time to share!
